We oppose the rezoning of parcel 301-10-018 and 301-10-019 from C2 to C3 with a T overlay.
Adding a T overlay allows for 8 to 9 trailers to be placed on the two properties that total less that 1 acre. This is strongly opposed by a great number of Strawberry, AZ community members.

I wasn’t aware that a hearing was held.
I have been in Strawberry since the 1970’s.
I understand that some people would love to have a place in the cool mountains or even a place for the “weekend.”
I have observed the trailers on Fossil Creek road. If there is a zoning law it is because we wanted it that way. No rezone. Another thing to consider isj our water supply to several “trailers “ as opposed to one well built home.

Check the site. I thought it was past. Also, check the visible trailers in Pine and Strawberry. Is that what you want? No rezone

I agree .I am a home owner here. I do not want anymore trailers here, especially on Fossil Creek Road. Where do I vote for NO rezoning.

We built a cabin in the mid 80’s to enjoy the quaintness of a mountain community. A densely populated housing community is not what Strawberry and Pine is all about. NO on the Strawberry Trailer Rezone!!
